Refunds

Refunds are not applicable to Nutrition & Accessories products.

We normally have only 5% chance of damage of natural plants during shipping.

All claims/damage on arrival  are to be reported through email with the photos within 4 hours of receipt of the shipment.

Report immediately through call and mail with the following details.

Order No:
No of Plant – Damaged
Photo of dead Plant item
Short explanation
Exotire would bear only 100% of the cost of the damaged Plants.

No claim request will be entertained after 4 hours of receipt of item.

We would intimate the customer minimum one day prior to delivery and if nobody receives the parcel at the customer end we won’t be able to refund the amount. This applicable for home delivery and delivery at Railway station.

Bulk orders(more that 50 Nos of same item) with discounted price are not eligible  for refund.

Returns

Exotire will accept pets(Garden Pets & Birds) return within 28 days of purchase and provide you with an exchange voucher, If:-

the product is having low breed quality, or
The pet does not match the description; and
You can present your Exotire register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Exotire reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher if there is no breed quality problem in the product.

Our products come with breed guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Indian Pet Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major quality problem.
